- Languages Required: Hindi + Telugu / Tamil / Kannada
- Salary: ₹15,000 CTC
- Working Days: 6 Days a Week + 1 Rotational Week Off
- Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
💼 Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of support executives in a virtual call/chat support environment
- Maintain team productivity, quality, and performance
- Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with upper management to improve operations
- Language proficiency in Hindi + one regional language is mandatory
👥 Who Should Apply?
- Candidates with prior leadership or BPO experience preferred
- Must have excellent communication & people management skills
- Must be fluent in Hindi and Telugu / Tamil / Kannada
- Should be self-motivated and comfortable in remote leadership roles
