📋 Key Responsibilities:

As part of the International Blended Process, you will:

  • Handle both voice and chat-based customer interactions

  • Assist international clients with queries, orders, complaints, or support

  • Maintain high standards of communication and customer satisfaction

  • Meet daily performance targets and follow process compliance

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

✅ Minimum 1 year of documented experience in voice/chat/blended process✅ Mandatory documents:
✔️ Offer Letter
✔️ Last 3 Months’ Salary Slips
✔️ FNF / Relieving / Experience Letter
✅ Must be a graduate (any stream)
✅ Fluent in English communication (B2 level or above)
✅ Must be willing to work from the Mohali office

💰 Salary Details:

  • Maximum CTC: ₹26,000 per month

  • Actual salary will depend on previous CTC and interview performance
