FIS is hiring a Customer Service Executive FIS with 0–3 years experience. This is a full-time, permanent remote position.

Key Responsibilities for Customer Service Executive FIS

Provide customer support via phone; act as primary contact for inbound issues.
Troubleshoot problems, identify root causes, and escalate technical issues when necessary.
Track and document support requests; update customer information accurately.
Meet job standards such as quality, schedule adherence, and average handle time.
Provide guidance or mentoring to less experienced associates as needed.
Other related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required Skills & Experience:

High school diploma or GED
Knowledge of company products and services
Excellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skills
Computer navigation and operation skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
