Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement
- Interact with existing and prospective clients daily.
- Build long-term relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales & Growth
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Achieve sales KPIs and meet business growth objectives.
- Market Knowledge
- Stay updated on Forex, Indices, Commodities, Shares and other financial markets.
- Conduct competitor analysis to improve sales strategy.
- Partnership Management
- Negotiate with IBs, affiliates, and partners.
- Develop mutually beneficial rebate structures.
- Lead Generation
- Implement strategies to boost leads and conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Required)
- Excellent communication skills in English
- 0–3 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (Freshers can apply)
- Knowledge of the financial market is preferred but not mandatory
