- Respond to email and chat queries from clients promptly and accurately

🔁 Issue Resolution
Proactively follow up on open cases to ensure resolution
Log, escalate, and resolve issues in a timely manner
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth case handling
📊 Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions
- Ensure proper documentation of support tickets
- Maintain zero pending tasks and daily closure of action items
