As a Blinkit Rider Support Executive, your job is to support the delivery partners and ensure smooth operations across regions. Your role is crucial in helping Blinkit maintain fast and reliable services.
☎️ Voice Customer Support
- Handle incoming support calls from Blinkit riders
- Answer questions regarding delivery issues, app usage, location errors, etc.
- Communicate effectively in both Hindi and English
🧾 Reporting and Issue Handling
- Escalate technical or complex issues to the backend team
- Maintain logs of each interaction
- Provide timely and helpful solutions to rider concerns
