About the Role
Physics Wallah (PW) is looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Academic Counsellors for the UPSC segment. Your role will involve interacting with students, understanding their preparation journey, and helping them choose the right courses. Direct joining is available.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound & outbound calls with UPSC aspirants.
- Explain course details, batches, pricing, and offers.
- Guide students based on their preparation level.
- Maintain CRM updates and follow-up records.
Salary & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹32,000 per month.
- Performance Bonuses: Attractive incentives based on targets.
- Freelance Option: Potential to earn ₹750 – ₹1100 per day.
- Training Stipend: ₹5,000 for a 10-day training period.
Eligibility & Technical Needs
- Education: Graduation is Mandatory.
- Skills: Strong Hindi & English communication skills.
- Laptop: Minimum i3 – 11th Generation (Mandatory).
- Internet: Stable connection with 50+ Mbps speed.
Shift Timings
Rotational Day Shifts (8 Hours Mandatory) between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. Week-offs will be according to the schedule.
