Job Description | PLM Digital Operations Analyst Jobs at ELF Beauty

ELF Beauty is hiring a Digital Operations Analyst (Remote, India) who will provide top-notch customer service and front-line technical support for the Product Life Cycle (PLC) business community along with other operational systems.

This role is perfect for candidates who are enthusiastic about cosmetics, skincare, and digital operations. Understanding e-Commerce user experience and how users interact in an online shopping environment will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities PLM Digital Operations Analyst Jobs at ELF Beauty

As a PLM Digital Operations Analyst, your primary tasks will include:

Investigating and resolving data issues, bulk uploads, and manual updates.
Handling ad-hoc requests for reports and master data listings.
Providing Product Lifecycle user support across teams.
Collaborating with global teams in the US & China (Product Innovation, Regulatory, R&D, Quality, Packaging, Sourcing, etc.).
Communicating effectively with senior management and cross-functional departments.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates should have:

Exposure to Product Life Cycle systems and related user communities (Product Development, Packaging, Innovation, Regulatory, R&D).
Familiarity with BOMs (Bill of Materials), SKUs, Launch campaigns.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote environment with accountability.
Strong organizational and analytical skills with data interpretation expertise.
Proficiency in Product Life Cycle software and data analysis tools.

Education:

UG: Any Graduate
PG: Any Postgraduate
