Key Responsibilities for Customer Service Executive FIS

  • Provide customer support via phone; act as primary contact for inbound issues.
  • Troubleshoot problems, identify root causes, and escalate technical issues when necessary.
  • Track and document support requests; update customer information accurately.
  • Meet job standards such as quality, schedule adherence, and average handle time.
  • Provide guidance or mentoring to less experienced associates as needed.
  • Other related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Knowledge of company products and services
  • Excellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Computer navigation and operation skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
